Marina leads strategy and business development efforts for Plural. All the work she does is intrinsically strategic and based on data and insights to drive creativity and growth. She develops creative digital strategies and production projects, pitches potential new partners, and oversees our strategy team. Marina has over 7 years of experience spanning industries in design, beauty, fragrance, fashion, spirits, and consumer product goods.

Despite growing up on a quiet farm in North Idaho, Marina now finds herself in the whirlwind of NYC, where she spends her free time immersing herself in new languages, strolling through Central park, and cooking for her friends. She has two cats/queens: Squirrel and Brie.

Daniel is a seasoned marketer with a proven track record leading strategy and execution for artists and brands across the music, luxury, fashion, and beauty industries for almost 20 years. After a nine year run at Marc Jacobs Intl., he founded Plural in 2016 with his severance money. As Plural’s Founder & Creative Lead, he is in awe of his team who are making a name for themselves as the best in the business.

Daniel recently married the love of his life Lauren on their 20th anniversary. They live in Soho with their puppy girl Rita.

Starting as an intern in September 2020, Alex has worked her way up to lead and execute digital strategies across B2B and B2C companies in various industries spanning VC, tech, design, non-profits, and more. As an avid reader and writer, she’s passionate about the power of words and language.

Also, Alex was a competitive swimmer for 14 years and even competed at the Canadian Olympic Trials in 2016!

Mihir is an interdisciplinary designer with a passion for growing brands through bespoke creative content & strategy. Over the years, he has worked with a range of brands & individuals across the food, fashion, and lifestyle industries. He enjoys collaborating with brands that actively work to make a positive difference in the world.

On weekends, you can catch Mihir chasing down the best pasta in the city.

As a lifelong creative, Stephan has developed his skills in video production & editing, photography, and music/audio production & design for over 7 years. With his keen eyes and ears in the creative and production space, Stephan has helped the Plural team execute shoots and edits for many different partners.

Stephan has also climbed 40 out of the 46 High Peaks of New York State. The 46 mountains all measure above 4,000 feet in elevation, and if one finishes all 46, you are declared a 46er. Stephan has 6 to go...

A seasoned Director and Creative Producer, Ashley has spent 15+ years working across all kinds of branded, digital and television production. Her wheelhouse is in developing new series and crafting human-driven storytelling within the travel, home, and wellness spaces. At Plural, she continues to help brands bring their ideas to life in authentic and innovative ways.

Outside of work, Ashley spends her free time in nature, at the gym or on the next flight to wherever her obsessive travel-hacking addiction will send her next.

Ashley booked her two-week honeymoon to Japan almost entirely with points.

Spencer is a Content Strategist with over four years of channel management and content strategy experience who leverages his analytical mind with his poet’s heart to find out-of-the-box solutions to any number of complex questions. As a member of the Plural Team, he focuses on designing and maintaining campaigns and content for our Cannabis partners.

Spencer's ultimate goal in life is to be interviewed by Conan O'Brien. Do not ask him why. He likes to think he's basically on track.

Ye started at Plural as an intern and now has 3 years of experience in digital design world. She loves solving problems by creating unique visual experiences. Her main job is working on Plural's brand and website. She also helps make different design pieces and is learning to create fun videos.

Ye is a passionate plant lover and coffee addict. She enjoys doing various crafts and art-related activities and she is a dog person who does not yet own a dog.

Award-Winning Director/Producer based out of Brooklyn NY, Nick Bradshaw is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College. Serving as the Owner/Operator of Bay One Entertainment since founding the company in 2018, Nick has worked in a wide range of positions over his freelance career in independent film and television production. Having partnered with Plural for many commercial productions over the last year, Nick was extremely excited to join the team full time at the end of the summer of 2025! A storyteller of multiple mediums with a narrative background, he is a dedicated creator ready to bring others’ visions to life as well as his own.

Nick is also an aviation enthusiast, and is currently working to obtain his commercial pilot's license! With 2 Hours in the air on discovery flights, he only has 3 years of training and 1,498 hours at the flight controls to go...

Lexi joined Plural after earning her Master’s degree and has since delved into the social strategy world. She supports Plural’s home decor, interior design, and nonprofit partners with content strategy and planning, copywriting, and community engagement. Her analytical mind and sunny demeanor help her turn insights into engaging digital moments. She might be chronically online, but at least it’s for work.

When she’s offline, Lexi ironically enjoys analog activities — it’s all about balance for her. You can find her in a hot yoga class, catching up on her book club reads, or writing short stories.

Wesley has 10 years experience in the graphic design area, he elaborates different skill sets such as photography, video editing, 3D design, and graphic design into a project and bring a fresh creative idea.

Additionally, Wesley always does creative work at 2 AM.

Francesca is a highly skilled Studio Production professional with 3+ years of experience in the fashion industry, specializing in Luxury Fashion, Home and Fine Jewelry. She is excited to bring her creative and analytical talents to her new role at the company focusing on the translation of data into distinct and actionable content strategies.

Francesca has caught more flights than feelings, having traveled to 18 different countries.

Since starting at Plural in 2021, Mary has focused on ideating and executing social strategies for our interiors, beauty and cannabis partners.

With an enthusiasm for writing, you’ll often find Mary brainstorming witty caption copy or debating with coworkers over the Oxford Comma (note: she’s strongly against).

Rita is better yet known as the icon of the century, star of the show, and legendary phenomenon. Her daily routine includes running around the studio, greeting anyone and everyone, and napping in sunlight spots.

In the near future, Rita plans on running for mayor.
