IN BRIEF
Let’s Win Pancreatic Cancer, a decade-old nonprofit focused on the distribution of pertinent research and stories of survivorship relating to pancreatic cancer, needed support in aligning their socials with their primary goal. In order to share their articles and survivor stories, they needed a social strategy with the power to drive clicks-to-site. Plural entered to support with an intentionally crafted social strategy. We leveraged sleek visual design, eye-catching motion graphics, and the introduction of talking heads into video content, in order to meaningfully drive clicks and overall engagement across multiple social channels.
For the last decade, Let’s Win Pancreatic Cancer has served as a beacon of hope and action for patients with pancreatic cancer and their families. Though their work in the world is immensely important and demonstrably beneficial to patients and families alike, Let’s Win stared down a major pain point; as social media rapidly evolved over their ten years of operation, the Let’s Win team, a lean and mighty group of dedicated organizers, editors, and fundraisers, needed support to bring their social media presence into the modern age. Thus, Let’s Win tapped a similarly lean and mighty team to lead the charge of social-first modernization. Plural stepped up, ready to create, strategize, and learn.
Let’s Win was founded with a simple mission; produce new articles detailing the research on or stories of survivorship by patients of pancreatic cancer on a weekly basis. Their social media arm needed to be a means to an end; to drive patients, be they newly diagnosed or no longer showing signs of the disease, to the site to engage with these resources as part of the mission to serve as a guide to hope and action.
What began as an audit and strategy refresh quickly blossomed into a high impact production partnership wherein Plural was tasked with creating content for five channels, while optimizing all content to drive the primary goal of clicks-to-site. We began with a blend of templatized graphics for regular use, motion graphic based videos to convey scientific and socially poignant stories of survivorship, and creating a definitive aesthetic for content promoting and previewing Let’s Win’s newly debuted podcast, PancChat, hosted by former CNN news anchor Alisyn Camerota.
As we refined our podcast promo and graphic asset voice, we ran into a roadblock for our motion graphic content. Though these motion graphics were supported by voiceover narration, the Let’s Win audience felt alienated by the lack of human connection in the assets. To overcome this barrier, the Plural team stepped into the role of talent. We provided talking head to convey scientific and narrative points in order to connect with patients, their families, and their caregivers.
Though we had a lot to learn about the science of pancreatic cancer research, we were able to demonstrate our own expertise to the Let’s Win team through the deployment of our carefully crafted social strategy. In the first quarter of our partnership, Q4 2025, we increased Let’s Win’s clicks-to-site from all social channels by a whopping 20%.

However, the growth did not stop at just clicks; we increased engagements by huge margins across channels:
Over the nine month partnership, we learned all about clinical trials, BRCA mutations, purple ribbons, and the inspiring stories of survivors and those no longer with us. Through it all, we learned about the resilience and community bolstered and upheld by the dedicated work of the Let’s Win team. Plural was able to teach them about best practices for social media strategy, social-first production, and conveying narratives to both digitally native and consistently offline audiences. Through intentional strategy, crisp design, and a bit of humanity to tie it all together, Plural played an important part in serving as a beacon for hope and action.
To this day, our partnership with Let’s Win continues as we maintain a creative collaboration, working with the Let’s Win team to craft promotional content for the PancChat Podcast.
