To tap into the cultural moment of the Stagecoach Music Festival, we partnered with ABG to facilitate a suite of influencer content on behalf of three brands under the ABG umbrella: Vince Camuto, Frye Boots, and Hunter. Through this retainer partnership, our goal was to activate approximately 10 influencers across the three brands within a tight two-week timeframe, ensuring content was approved and went live during Stagecoach weekend while staying within our rigid budget constraints.
Across different branded activations, we managed the full influencer lifecycle—from talent solicitation to invoice and payment management—ultimately activating close to a dozen influencers. We succeeded on all fronts, delivering on-time, on-budget campaign execution that captured the festival's cultural momentum.
